QQE is a Full-Service Integrated Production Facility with inventory of bulk materials as well as finished products.

QQE acquires base material quartz glass from its partners Momentive Performance Materials, Tosoh (NSG), Qsil, Heraeus and others, then processes this raw material utilizing advanced proprietary machine programming methodologies and tooling techniques.

By virtue of our highly integrated, highly efficient and intelligently networked manufacturing systems environment, we are able to offer our customers assurances in manufacturing process stability, repeatability and exceptional quality as well as enough capacity for continuous supply to meet the most demanding requirements.

DESIGN & MACHINING OF QUARTZ GLASS

We currently machine a wide variety of quartz products up to 650mm and above diameter for the Semiconductor, Fiber Optic, Lighting, Aerospace, R&D and other industries.

AUTOMATIC CUTTING OF QUARTZ AND CERAMICS

We can saw block or ingot material up to 914mm diameter. We also have slicing capabilities for finer products up to 343mm diameter and as thin as 0.05mm thick.

MACHINING AND FINISHING OF QUARTZ AND CERAMICS

We machine using custom designed tooling that provides highly accurate and finely finished products. Our final finishes, including polished surfaces, allow the customer superior surface quality, whether for final use or further fabrication (flame work).
