New to the quartz industry at the start of 2016, Tim brings a fresh outlook to QQE. Tim earned his B.S. in Business Marketing from Azusa Pacific University in 2014, studied abroad in South Africa, and spent his previous two years in marketing and business development roles. His main focus is on listening to his customers’ needs and concerns in order to help them achieve their overall goals. In his spare time, Tim enjoys surfing, soccer, and exploring the Bay area.
Matt has been in the manufacturing arena for 35 years. He currently works within the Ohio sales department managing sales opportunities and providing customer service. Come Mustache March, Matt is consistently a frontrunner for the title of best mustache.
Joshua Mann is the man at our Dayton, OH facility when it comes to customer service. He consistently exemplifies patience, follow-through, and optimism in his work. When he's not helping customers fulfill their quartz needs, he can be found at home with his wife or volunteering his time as a Shriner participating in parades and helping raise money for the Shriners Children Hospitals. Having been at QQE for more than 5 years, Josh knows what it takes to go above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied with their product.
Coy is a recent addition to the QQE team—having joined the Boise Division at the beginning of 2016. He brought with him over five years of valuable customer service and operations support experience, making him well-equipped to handle day-to-day order processing and customer communications. In addition to providing our customers with accurate information fast, Coy also coordinates with production to assure quality control of all our quartz products and services.
